Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Noida Ride, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free booking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

After deducting cancellation charges, the remaining refundable amount, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
If the cancellation is made within 2 hours prior to pickup time or the customer fails to report for pickup, the booking will be considered as a “No Show”. In such cases, only the refundable security deposit will be returned.
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.
In case Noida Ride is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to maintenance, damage, servicing, or operational issues, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment source.
Reimbursement Policy
- Minor repairs such as coolant refill or bulb replacement under INR 1000 are eligible for reimbursement.
- For repair expenses above INR 1000, prior approval from Noida Ride support is mandatory before initiating repairs.
- Printed or handwritten receipts with customer details must be submitted for reimbursement claims.
- Noida Ride reserves the right to verify all claims before approval.
Security Deposit Refund
Refundable security deposits are initiated within 48 working hours after booking completion. Applicable deductions such as traffic challans, tolls, fuel differences, damages, or penalties may be adjusted before the refund is processed.
