Noida Ride Policies

Refund Policy

Noida Ride follows a transparent and customer-friendly refund process. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and booking conditions.

Cancellation Slab Deduction (from Rental Amount)
Within 24 hours of booking start time 100%
Before 24 hours of booking start time 50%
Before 72 hours of booking start time 20%

After deducting applicable cancellation charges, the remaining refundable amount, if any, will be processed to the original payment source used during booking.

Cancellations made within 2 hours before pickup time or failure to report for vehicle pickup will be considered as a “No Show”. In such situations, only the refundable security deposit may be returned.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

If Noida Ride is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to servicing, accidental damage, maintenance, or operational reasons, a full refund will be initiated to the customer's original payment mode.

Reimbursement Eligibility

  • Minor repair expenses below INR 1000 such as bulb replacement or coolant refill are eligible for reimbursement.
  • For repair costs exceeding INR 1000, prior approval from Noida Ride support is mandatory.
  • Customers must submit original printed or handwritten bills with valid details for reimbursement processing.
  • All reimbursement claims are subject to verification and approval by the Noida Ride operations team.

Security Deposit Refund

Refundable security deposits are processed within 48 working hours after booking completion. Applicable deductions such as traffic fines, fuel shortages, damages, tolls, or penalties may be adjusted before the refund is credited.
