Welcome to Noida Ride. By booking or using our self-drive car rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a safe, smooth, and transparent rental experience.
- The renter must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid driving license and government-issued ID proof are mandatory.
- International users must provide passport and valid international driving permit.
- Noida Ride reserves the right to refuse bookings without prior notice.
- Advance booking payments may be required depending on the selected vehicle.
- Rental charges are calculated based on booking duration and selected package.
- Security deposits may apply and are refundable after vehicle inspection.
- Late returns may attract additional hourly or daily charges.
- Vehicles must not be used for racing, illegal activities, or commercial transport.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- The renter is responsible for traffic fines, challans, and toll charges.
- Only registered drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before trip start time.
- Partial refunds may apply for cancellations within 24 hours.
- No refunds will be issued after trip commencement.
- Refund timelines depend on the original payment method and banking process.
- The renter is liable for damages caused during the rental period.
- Accidents or breakdowns must be reported immediately to Noida Ride support.
- Insurance claims are subject to policy terms and investigation.
- Unauthorized repairs without company approval are not permitted.
